Company Profile：
2018年7月10日，在中德两国政府官员见证下，长城、宝马正式签署合资经营合同，成立合资公司—光束汽车有限公司，双方各持股50%。
双方将在技术研发、生产制造、品牌建设和管理体系等方面进行深度合作，加快双方的全球化进程和新能源发展步伐。
光束汽车落户于江苏省张家港市，合资公司将面向全球市场提供产品和服务，共同深耕更广泛的国际市场。
长城与张家港市签订整车合资项目投资协议-这是宝马集团在全球范围内首个纯电动车合资项目，也是长城新能源汽车迈向国际化的桥头堡。
On July 10, 2018, witnessed by Chinese and German government officials, Great Wall and BMW formally signed a joint venture contract and established a joint venture company, Spotlight Automobile Ltd., each holding 50% of the shares.
The two sides will conduct in-depth cooperation in technology research and development, manufacturing, brand building and management systems to accelerate the globalization process and the pace of new energy development.
The Spotlight Automobile Ltd. is located in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province. The joint venture company will provide products and services to the global market and jointly cultivate a wider international market.
Great Wall and Zhangjiagang city signed the Vehicle Joint Venture Investment Agreement.BMW group's first electric vehicle joint venture project worldwide and the bridgehead of GWM’s new energy vehicles going global.
