Established a lightning impulse voltage breakdown criterion for a long gap vacuum interrupter; Invented a vacuum interrupter with multiple suspended potential shields and a new process for continuous pulse conditioning at the nanosecond level;
Based on the microscopic parameters of vacuum arc, a 3D model of high-current vacuum arc considering anode melting, evaporation, deformation, liquid metal flow process and coupled with AMF is established;
Proposed the theory of vacuum circuit breaker breaking based on the regulation of arc mode; invented a new structure of contacts with double-layer three-coil parallel longitudinal magnetic contact;
Developed a 126kV/2500A/40kA circuit breaker, whose indicators are the highest in the world.
This project won Second Prize of National Technical Invention Award in 2018.
