Constructed a comprehensive planning technology system for new energy power system, including modeling theory, probabilistic planning method, hierarchical coordination technology;

Developed an integrated planning decision platform;

Led the development of the first international standard for microgrids (IEC TC8/WG7).

 

This project was awarded the First Prize of Shaanxi Province Scientific and Technological Award in 2019.
