1.    Product Engineer (PE) 产品工程师

New product development and production support

新产品开发和生产支持

Responsibilities岗位职责:

u  New Product Development: Evaluation, Qualification and Release new products新产品开发评估，鉴定并发行新产品

u  Leader of the new product development team including DE, FAB, TE, Assembly, AE, FA

与DE，FAB，TE，封装，AE，FA等部门组成产品开发团队，并成为团队中的领头者

u  Support customer issues客户支持

Requirements岗位要求:

u  Good knowledge on Semiconductor, MSEE or equivalent深入理解模拟半导体，微电子学专业硕士及同等学力

u  Good communication, writing and presentation skills良好的沟通，协作及演讲技能

u  Good English skills (verbal and written)英语口头及书面表达良好

2.    Test Engineer (TE) 测试工程师

Responsibilities岗位职责:

u  Require strong understanding of fundamental electrical concepts 要求对于基础的电理论有很深入的理解

u  Design component-level circuits for precision parametric measurement, dynamic signal analysis and modifies automated test system software for analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits 设计电路组成部分的精确参数测量，动力信号分析并为模拟和混合信号集成电路更改测试系统软件。

u  Develop test solutions for clearly defined projects (limited in complexity, with precedents available)为已定义的产品项目开发测试解决方案（受限于复杂性，以及可引用的单元）

u  Use high speed, DSP based, state of the art automatic test equipment (ATE) 基于DSP，运用高速的自动机械测试设备

3.    Application Engineer(AE) 应用工程师

Responsibilities岗位职责:

u  Work with design engineers, field applications and marketing team to define and debug analog IC products跟IC设计工程师，现场应用及市场团队合作，定义并调试模拟IC

u  Evaluate new products and generate reports评估新产品并撰写测试报告

u  Develop application reference circuits设计应用参考线路图

u  Write datasheets, application notes, design notes撰写产品规格书，应用设计手册

u  Provide application support and technical training for key customers and field application engineers向现场应用工程师及主要客户提供技术支持和技术培训

Requirements岗位要求:

u  MSEE or equivalent应具备电气工程学硕士及等效学历

u  With hardware implementation skills良好的硬件电路实现，调试能力

u  With ability of analyzing complex analog and power electronic circuit具备分析复杂的模拟电路及电力电子线路的能力；

u  Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills良好的沟通，撰写及做报告的能力

u  Fluent communication skills in English良好的英语沟通能力

4.    CQE（CQE）客户质量工程师

Responsibilities岗位职责:

u  Provide and manage customers RFIs (Request for Information), by facilitating cross-department supports as needed. 组织跨部门的合作，提供和管理客户需求信息

u  Manage all quality database, including data collection and analysis. Use statistical analysis methods if required.管理所有质量相关数据库，包括数据收集和分析，必要时使用统计工具对数据进行汇总分析。

u  Update customers the status of quality issues or track actions, schedules, and owners to maintain cycle time and deliveries on progress for any requests. 更新客户的质量问题，跟踪发展状态，安排，进度。

u  Work with IT group to develop and maintain internal and customer system.与IT部门合作开发和维护内外部系统。

u  Generate and review weekly/monthly/quarterly update Reports to problem-solving teams and management. 向管理层和解决问题的团队提供每周/每月/季度更新报告。

u  Help define preventive actions for RMA root causes, and support/management on 8D, CAR projects. 协助制定客户退货原因分析、预防行动计划，协助/管理8D，纠正预防措施等其他项目。

Requirements岗位要求:

u  Knowledge of IC quality, JEDEC testing methods and standards. 熟悉集成电路质量知识， JEDEC测试方法和标准。

u  Understanding of statistical and engineering skills to enable interaction with various engineers.  熟悉统计学和工程知识。

u  Strong English skills, to clearly organize and articulate information and persuasively deliver difficult information internally and to customers.较强的英文能力，能清晰准确将信息传递给内部和外部客户。

u  Knowledge of ISO standard, Quality Systems, RMA/8D reports, key aspects of fab and assembly, especially those contributing to customer issues. 具备ISO标准，质量体系，RMA和8D报告，晶元和封装特性等知识，了解其他有助于客户的问题的知识。

5.    SQE Engineer(SQE) 供应商质量工程师

Responsibilities岗位职责:

u  Manage daily production quality activities, review the on hold lot disposition, keep the production running smoothly 管理日常生产质量活动，审核各生产批次产品，确保生产顺利进行

u  Review, dispose the on hold lot report from suppliers including wafer foundry, assembly house, testing house 审核、处理供应商包括晶圆厂、装配车间、测试部门的报告

u  Provide/drive FA report, 8D activites with internal groups, supplier managers on customer complaint cases 针对内部客户投诉案例，与内部，供应商经理进行8d分析，提供/协助FA报告

u  Co-ordinate internal FA, MRB on prodution quality. work with FA, DE, PE, supplier etc to analyze rootcause , corrective actions, preventive actions etc. 协调内外部工作，分析根本原因、纠正措施、预防措施等

u  Complete the other assigned work as necessary 完成其他相应工作

Requirements岗位要求:

u  Proficiency in quality assurance and methods, familiar with quality systems 精通质量保证和方法，熟悉质量体系

6.    Yield Enhancement Engineer (YE) 良率提升工程师

Responsibilities岗位职责:

u  Dispose responsible products on hold lots daily; 处理日常负责的产品

u  Low yield product analysis and yield improvement of responsible products低良率分析和对负责产品的良率提升

u  Responsible product quality improvement提升负责产品的质量

u  Mask change qualification版图改变的鉴定

u  Fab transfer qualification转移的鉴定

u  Responsible for products cost reduction related engineering work, such as bond wire reduction, Cu wire qualification and PBL removal负责产品开支减少相关的工程工作，比如编带减少，金属线鉴定和PBL移除

u  Provide supports for other groups and customers in a timely manner为其他部门和客户及时提供支持

u  Develop solutions to clearly defined problems (limited in complexity, with precedents available) 为明确定义问题开发解决方案（不过于复杂，应用可用的引用单元）

Requirements岗位要求:

u  MSEE of Micro Electronics or related Electrical Engineering微电子或与电相关专业硕士及以上学历

u  Basic knowledge of analog/digital circuits, device physics, IC manufacture process, Assembly process and related IC testing process有基础的模拟/数字电路，器件物理，半导体工业流程，封装流程及其他相关的半导体测试工艺等知识

u  Self motivated, strong ability for team work自我激励，有很强的团队合作意识

u  Good communications skills for both verbal and writing in English英语书面及口语良好

7.    Production Test Engineer (PTE) 生产测试工程师  

This position is set to sustain wafer sort production and final test production, solve production test issue to improve test quality, yield and efficiency etc.

此职位主要为支持晶圆和终段生产测试,解决测试问题，提高产品测试质量，测试合格率和测试效率等。

Responsibilities岗位职责:

u  Dispose production on hold lots.处理生产扣留批次产品。

u  Support test floor’s day-to-day issues (test systems, handlers and product). 支持生产车间日常问题（测试系统，分选机和产品）。

u  Solve some simple test SW or HW issues, complete the released paperwork.解决一些简单的测试硬件和软件问题， 完成相关数据文件工作。

u  FT/WS new product release and product transfer. FT/WS新产品发布和产品转移。

u  Perform other jobs assigned by supervisor. 完成主管交办的其他任务。

Requirements岗位要求:

u  Electrical Engineering or equivalent电子类专业本科生以上或同等学力

u  Understanding ASL-1000 and Eagle tester operations 了解ASL-1000和Eagle测试机操作

8.    Product Engineer Assistant(PEA)  助理产品工程师

Responsibilities岗位职责:

u  Work closely with Product Development to launch spinoff products  与产品开发部门紧密合作发布产品

u  Planning and performing product testing based on the product qualification procedure to ensure product meets all customer specifications在产品鉴定程序的基础上计划并进行产品测试，确保产品符合客户需求

u  Lead key initiatives to improve product performance  提出提高产品性能的重要方案

u  Interface with cross-functional and project team members smoothly and help drive solutions to project-related issues与其他职能或项目成员沟通合作，为项目相关问题提供解决方案

u  Assist customers in product usage issues  协助客户处理产品使用相关的问题

Requirements岗位要求:

u  Bachelor degree or above  本科及以上学历

u  Have good semiconductor knowledge including process, package & circuitry熟悉半导体相关知识，包括工艺、封装及电路；

u  Assistant AE in product road test and customer support; 协助AE进行产品测试及客户支持工作

u  Revision part’s road test and customer support; 独立进行改版产品的测试及客户支持工作

u  Be familiar with product function, feature and application; 熟悉负责产品的特性特点及应用

u  Assistant AE in issue analysis and circuit debugging during the project; 在项目进行过程中，协助AE分析问题，调试电路

u  Write test report and file archive; 文档撰写及整理

u  Project status management. 项目进度管理

Requirement岗位要求：

u  Electronic technology and related; 电子技术及相关专业

u  Basic electronic topology and principle background; 具备良好的电子电路基础知识

u  Basic capability of electronic circuit setup and operation; 具备良好的电子电路实验操作能力

u  Good English reading and writing ability, CET-4 is a must; 良好的英语读写能力，英语四级及以上

10.  Field Application Engineer(FAE) 现场应用工程师

Promote MPS products to customers’ R&D team and conduct training for customers on how to design the power system

为客户研发团队介绍公司产品并提供整体解决方案，对主要客户提供电源设计方面的培训以及提供技术支持

Responsibilities岗位职责:

u  Technical support to key customers on MPS products and help customers to solve the issues 为大客户提供技术支持，解决技术问题

u  Design the power board for key customers and offer the competitive solution 为大客户设计电源线路以及提供有效的解决方案

u  Conduct product presentation and training to internal and distributors’ sales  为MPS及代理商销售人员做产品介绍及培训

u  Feedback information to Marketing& Design team on market trend, competitor analysis, and new product definition 向市场及研发团队反馈市场趋势、竞争对手信息以及新产品定义方向

11.   Assistant FAE(AFAE)  助理现场应用工程师

Responsibilities岗位职责:

u  Technical support on MPS Analog and DC/DC power products负责MPS模拟及DC/DC电源产品的技术支持

u  Serve as technical interface to customers from product/solution promotion to design review, including to analyze the customer's issues, diagnose technically and solve regular application issues贴近客户，执行产品推广到客户设计阶段的一系列工作，包括分析客户疑问，技术诊断以及解决应用问题

u  Technical training to distributors’ FAEs对代理商FAE进行定期的技术培训

u  Work closely with FAE to do the market survey, competitor analysis,etc与FAE紧密合作，完成市场调研及竞争对手分析等

Requirements岗位要求:

u  Bachelor Degree or above and major in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related本科及以上学历，电气工程或自动化等相关专业

u  Solid foundation of professional knowledge on electrical circuit analysis, analog circuit, Automatic control theory, etc扎实的电路分析、模拟电路及自动化控制等理论知识

u  Familiar with buck/boost/ flyback topology, experience on battery management is preferred熟悉buck/boost/flyback 拓扑，有电源/电池管理相关经验更佳

u  Ability to take initiative in problem solving能主动积极解决问题

12.   Intermediate AE  中级应用工程师

Responsibilities岗位职责:

u  Work with design engineers, field applications and marketing team to define and debug analog IC products  跟IC设计工程师，现场应用及市场团队合作，定义并调试模拟IC

u  Evaluate new products and generate reports评估新产品并撰写测试报告

Requirements岗位要求:

u  Bachelor degree in related subject: Computer Science, Information Technology, and Information Management etc. 本科学历，计算机科学，信息科学以及信息管理等相关专业。

u  Familiar with VS2010,Experience on software design with C#，NET 3.5/4.0, MVC, LINQ and Firmware will be better熟悉VS2010, C#, NET 3.5/4.0, MVC, LINQ, Firmware者优先

u  Familiar with photoshop, dreamwavor, Illustrator will be better有美工设计、编辑、美化经验者优先
