Korea institute of material sciences (KIMS) operates the Low Temperature Plasma Laboratory (LTPL).

LTPL uses plasma technology for environmental, bio-healthcare, and nano-material applications.

In this presentation, we will introduce plasma-related research and development (R&D) topics and representative applications.

报告人简介

Seunghoon Lee，2019年获韩国科学技术院（KAIST）博士学位，现任韩国材料科学研究所（KIMS）纳米生物融合部首席研究员、韩国科学技术联合大学院大学（UST）助理教授。长期从事大气压等离子体和离子束技术的研究工作，发表SCI论文60余篇。担任韩国真空学会ASCT编委会成员、韩国表面工程学会编委会主任、韩国真空学会等离子体与显示部分委员会。
