Bin Xiang, associate professor, is a mater’s supervisor. She received her Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2018. She visited Kyoto University in Japan for one year when she was a Ph.D. student. Her research interests are superconducting current-limiting DC breaking technology, liquid nitrogen insulation, DC combined electrical apparatus, etc. She has published 25 journal papers in IEEE Transactions on Power Delivery, IET Generation, Transmission & Distribution
