Midterm assessment will be organized and conducted by each department for international postgraduate students near the end of the third semeseter. Supervisors will be sent an email about the Midterm Assessment. Normally the assessment consists of a report (template in the attachment) and a Powerpoint presentation, however assessment methods may vary in each department. The date of assessment will also be announced by departments.

After the assessment, each department will submit:

1) the marks of all students doing the midterm assessment in the department on a marking sheet (sent to spervisors directly);

2) the midterm assessment reports of all students

to the Graduate Students Affairs in School of Electrical Engineering before due date.

Note: STUDENTS DOING THE ASSESSMENT ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SUBMIT THE MARK SHEET OR REPORT TO THE OFFICE.
